Victorian British Army Royal Regiment of Artillery Badge on Pouch

Victorian Royal Regiment of Artillery pouch badge on what appears to be a later leather pouch. I would guess circa 1920s.
Approx 5" by 3.75" by 1.25". The size suggests this may be a Commonwealth item rather than British Army.
