Unusual British Army Photo Portraits

a pair of metal framed photos of presumeably related Medical Corps soldiers. Most likely WW1. Not enough detail to establish if they may also be Commonwealth forces but sourced in the UK. round one has platicised clear covers approx 1.25" and may be unmarked gold.with a brass holder the oval one is plated brass.with glass photo covers.
