General Service Medal Lot

as they came in. a name erased silver EIIR General Service medal which someone has thought about replacing the bar to. a disc to the earlier GVIR version named on rim to 284806 B.Q.M.S E.H. Smith R.A. along with 2 original bars for Cyprus and Malaya. I assume the GVI would be Palestine.
