USSR Letter Rack

Soviet era old letter rack. made from thin metal which appears to be unmarked silver. a vintage item presumably from one of the South Eastern former states. Some definite Islamic influences. An attractive item. approx. 3.75" by 4" by 0.55". some cut slots to adjust the base feet.
