WW2 Polish Military Internees Medal Christmas 1942

a very scarce item. white metal Swiss made medal for Polish Armed Forces personnel interned up to when Switzerland closed its borders in WW2. no suspension ring. would also have had a riboon in red and white. approx 1.15" diameter. a few knocks etc.
