British Legion Band Cap Badge and Buttons

a nice example gilt cap badge. I believe this was intended for use by musicians. approx 2.1" by 1.75". two lug type fittings complete with cotter pin. post 1921 despite the Victorian pattern crown at top but before the award of the Royal title. with five small British Legion brass buttons strung on the side.
