SS Wrist Watch Not Working - Probably Reproduction .925 Silver Case

no idea what to make of this one. I assume the decals are post war so a copy . however a very nice old watch approx. 1.1" diameter with fixed strap loops. sadly not in working order. .925 grade silver case.
