a British and Commonwealth pattern Naval emblem approx. 0.75" by 0.8" on a tie pin type bar approx. 1.8" wide. brooch pin type fitting on reverse. Pre 1952 pattern Kings Crown at top. most likely WW2 veteran but might be a bit older.
