British Army Royal Engineers Sweetheart Brooch WW1

a King George V pattern gilt and enamelled brass sweetheart or veterans pin. approx. 1.3" by 1.25" with pre 1936 Royal crown and cypher . retention pin on small chain with brooch pin type fitting on reverse of badge. Most likely Great War commemorative. signs of wear and age.
