Victorian India General Service Silver Medal 1895 Excavated Plated Bronze

a dug up Indian Army medal. full size approx. 1.35" diameter. with detached Relief of Chitral 1895 bar. reasonable condition considering. flowing script naming. just about readable to S & T Corps nb the medal main part and bar both appear to be bronze underneath a thick silver plate which has started to lift etc.
