British Army Royal Artillery Greatcoat Button Veterans Badge

a sweetheart style veterans pin made from a Kings crown pattern Greatcoat button of the Royal Regiment of Artillery. Pattern also used by some Commonwealth forces. approx. 7/8" diameter with screw on ball type fitting. I assume this was intended as a buttonhole badge.
