British Army 17th / 21st Lancers Chromed Cap Badge

a fairly old chromed metal version of the Motto of this former cavalry Regiment. approx 1.9" by 1.75". Probably a Regimental Police or Band cap badge hich someone has added the red bits to. Most likely a veterans item.
