Russian Empire Imperial Award Breast Star Old Reproduction

quite a well made copy hard metal breast star. approx 3.25" diameter. separately attached Imperial eagle at centre. firm brooch pin type fitting. signs of age and wear to highlights. stamped M on the reverse. not quite sure which order this represents. star appears to be plated brass.
