a good lightly used example hard brass cap badge of this former Regiment ; the Ayrshire (Earl of Carrick's Own) Yeomanry. approx 2.1" by 1.85" with maker marked slider fitting. The J. R. Gaunt London Ltd stamp dates this to well into the reign of Queen Elizabeth II.
