German Leather Purse Third Reich Army Veteran Wallet or Sweetheart

a well used circa 1930s leather purse or wallet approx 3.2" by 3.3" by 0.75". Cap and epaulette insignia has been on a long time. the stitching has come totally undone which secured the back flap. Unusual item. would need a stitching repair.
