Scottish Clan Fraser of Lovat Pipers Badge Possibly British Army

a smaller size pipers badge with the crest of this Scottish family. white metal approx 2.75" diameter. The emblem is more like the Lovat Scouts one but not sure if this is military. Could be a cadet force item perhaps. Still a great badge. Brooch pin fitting on reverse. Very bright an difficult to get a good picture. Signs of wear and a couple of edge knocks. Probably older than it looks.
