British Army Staff Officers Uniform Button King Edward VIII

a scarce EVIIIR pattern large size button for usually major or colonel ranking officers. approx 7/8" diameter. made by Buttons of Birmingham. fixed loop fitting on the reverse. one of the relatively few that escaped bearing the cypher and crown of the King who abdicated.
