British Army Black Watch Kings Crown Glengarry Cap Badge Chromed

not quite sure what to make of this one. appears to be a correctly constructed albeit post war made 1902 to 1952 pattern badge of this famous former regiment ; the Black Watch (Royal Highland Regiment) . approx 2.9" by 2.3". best guess this was done out of period, probably for a cadet band or similar. sold as seen.
