African Military Cadets Plaques Pair Kingdom of Morocco and Tanzania

not quite sure what these are but an interesting pair of plaques. I assume these are Moroccan and commemorating two of the Army Training Exchange program related Competitions with Tanzania.heavy gilt metal, each approx 5.15" by 5" at the widest points.
