USSR Soviet Union KGB Basic Grades Wristwatch Not Working

a vintage former Soviet security forces mechanical wristwatch. sadly not working. approx 1.65" by 1.7" by 0.3". sold as a collectable only either for display or spares and repairs. serial number 014 on backplate.
