Russian Federal Airborne Unused Metal Dog Tag Identity Disc

an old brass post communist Airborne tag. approx 1.9" by 0.9". remains of a gilt wash. some die or metal faults on the reverse. I would guess intended for UN service as the tag is bilingual. possibly a reject. interesting item.
