Brtish and Commonwealth George VI Coronation Medal Sterling Silver

well detailed medallion or disc with King George VI and Elizabeth the Queen Mother. approx. 1.3" diameter. looks gilded in some lights but maybe just patina. crowned profiles so I assume this is the 1937 Coronation. marked Sterling Silver on the front face.
