British Boys Brigade NCOs Promotion Document 1936 to 1938 London

a just pre WW2 promotion record certificate for a Private R. Pritchard of the 105th London Company. approx 12" by 9.5". Promoted to Lance Corporal and then Corporal and then Sergeant in 36, 37 and 38 respectively.some fading etc but an unusual find these days.worth some research.signs of age handling etc.
