Scottish Royal Infirmary Edinburgh Uniform Button VR

a well made fire gilt type large button. approx 1" diameter with fixed loop fitting on the reverse. Pre 1902 pattern Crown of Queen Victoria at centre although I imagine these were still worn post period. no visible maker marks.
