British Vintage Athletics Blazer Badge WW2 1942 to 1943

an old blazer badge for probably a school or college. approx 4.75" by 4" in fairly good used condition. logo is an intertwined SCL or some variation. title and dates have been hand sewn but a long time ago. Believed UK origin.
