Old Swiss Red Cross International Commitee Woven Lapel Pin Switzerland

an old woven almost tinnie type lapel pin approx 1.1" diameter. made in Geneva. I would guess circa WW2 but might be alot older. not sure if it was for official use or a fundraising type badge.
