British and Commonwealth United Services Corps Cap Badge USC with Backing Plate

an old brass USC cap badge approx 1.8" by 1.7" with two lug type fittings on the reverse. well used with remains of gilt finish . A sort of forerunner of the NAAFI crossed with something like the Corps of Commissionaires. , Made up of veterans it retained the Crown of Queen Victoria but was used post period. First time i have had one with its backing plate.
