Maltese HM Silver US Football League Soccer Medal 1921 - 22 Malta

unusual vintage hallmarked silver sports medal for Malta. approx1.25" diameter plus top loop. well handled and a bit knocked about but a scarce find. Not sure if this was for American Football which was played there or if the US stands for Under Sixteens or something. sold as is and as seen.
