British Yorkshire Police Unfinished West Riding Constabulary Cap Badge EIIR

an interesting bit. a brass striking of a cap badge of this former Police Force. approx 2" by 1.25" with Crown of Queen Elizabeth II at top. maybe a factory test piece or reject or might have been intended for use on a box or something else. two small holes in the un-voided Crown and no sign fittings or plating.
