British and Commonwealth Victorian Royal Coat of Arms Badge

a strange item. hollow stamped brass VR pattern Royal Emblem approx 1.9" by 1.6" which has been plated on the front and lead filled on the back. nb needs careful handling. Most likely part of a Jubilee Commemorative of some description.
