British Army Mons Star 1914 Unofficial Bar Great War

an unusual piece. brass handmade bar with date 1914 and European War approx 1.25" wide with a small piece of WW1 Campaign Star ribbon attached. looks like it had a straight pin fitting at the top which is now missing.
