British Army VTC WW1 Armband Volunteer Training Corps

a fairly scarce Great War armband for use in lieu of or prior to the issue of a uniform. poor codition. attic find. approx 15" by 4.8". Number 56 and named to a James McKay. no unit details which is unusual. rare but in relic condition with lots of holes. a darker red than the pictures suggest.
