British Commonwealth Lest We Forget Victory Medal 1995

an unusual 50th Anniversary of WW2 commemorative medal. Gilt metal approx 1.2" diameter plus suspension , ribbon etc. RAF style eagle at centre but no crown. I assume this is a Commonwealth item.
