Memorial Fund for Disaster Relief Pin Badge Scrap Missile Metal

an interesting find. small metal pin badge approx 7.8"diameter. It says made from the metal of scrap SS20 and Pershing II missiles. On original card with slip. as found in wrap which i have left on as the tear off section is coming adrift.
