British Army Rifle Brigade Piper Badge Kings Crown

not sure whats happened to this one. odd condition. i assume someone has tried to clean it with the wrong stuff. strong metal approx 3" diameter. i would guess an older style badge probably used by a Cadet Forceor TA.
