British Army Victorian Brass Queens Own Shoulder Belt Plate Badge

a VR pattern fitting usually for parade wear approx 4" by 2.35". numbered on one of the flat lug type reverse fittings. fairly scarce. late Victorian era and i assume for the band but not sure.
