Scotland British Military Scottish Bearskin Cap Side Badge

a probably Victorian era army small side badge for a bearskin cap. possibly from a band uniform. The national Nemo me impune lacessit type but unsure which one this was from. I would guess military but i may be wrong. Sold as is and as seen.
