British QEII Pattern Local Authority Uniform Emblem Badge

a very well made non military official uniform emblem. I would normally assume from London but could really be from a number of different areas. approx 1.4" by 1.3" with from most likely Queen Elizabeth II era looking at the crown. signs of use etc.
