a pair of badges probably belonging to the same senior NCO from different periods. A brass pre 1953 pattern Kings Crown badge approx 1.15" by 1.05" on a plain metal backing plate and a Queen Elizabeth II brass Crown on brass plate. Both have lug fittings and cotter pins. nb also worn by other forces and some Commonwealth countries.
