a pre 1953 pattern small fire gilt boss badge with Kings crown at top. approx 1.1" by 0.95" with two lug type fittings on the reverse. a generic type. this one came from South Africa. not sure if its British Army or maybe Durban Light Infantry use. a darker gilt than the pictures suggest.  read more
