I believe it could be used as either a cap badge or large collar on some uniforms. approx 1.62 by 1.3" with Kings crown at top. apparently used up to 1948 in Pakistan and a bit longer in India. white metal or very heavily plated. two lug type fittings on the reverse.  read more
