British Army Notts and Derby Cap Badge - Sweetheart Brooch

not sure exactly what this is. an enlisted pattern kings crown cap badge which has been gilded to resemble an officer pattern badge. the slider fitting has been removed and replaced with a brooch pin fitting. could be either a sweetheart brooch or even used as a side cap badge.
gilt tone is more yellowy than the pictures suggest.  read more

New Zealand Scottish Glengarry Cap

not great condition but reasonable well used and with a superb NZ cap badge for this WW2 formed unit. Crown of King George VI. a long scuff too the material on the badge side but otherwise not bad.  read more
