Copper badges for the British Army were often a sort of War Economy measure using up leftover metal intended primarily for the Canadian or Australian forces.Not happy with the lugs and a little bit rough around the back edges. an interesting four place medal ribbon bar. approx 5.2" wide with long brooch pin type fitting. SA Territorial ribbon on end with extra long service emblem. the lack of the British and Commonwealth WW2 War Medal ribbon suggests this one was assembled very late WW2 as it already has the South African War Service Meda ribbon.l  read more
